I ordered my sink on your website and had no issue with this process. After email confirmation that you had received my order I heard nothing further about the progress of my order. A week later I used your on line tool to talk to an operator and received no response from my question about what was happening with my order, 2 days later I had confirmation that my sink was ok it's way. The sink arrived and is lovely. Your pricing is good and overall product is good however communication is questionable.
